Carmen has an extensive corporate career in Human Resources that has taken her to live in 6 countries over 3 continents. After 10 years in the private sector, she spent 20 years working for several International Organizations, including the UN System, the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
With a master in Psychology and her accomplished career occupying senior human resources positions, she translates into a practical and action-oriented approach her first-hand experience to accompany clients in identifying and focusing on what is needed for them to grow personally and professionally.
